Error on opening tickets

Hello
Someho there have been created some ticket, and when i click on them i get this error:

Did you check Admin | System Log? Any relevant entries?
Sounds like a Cache or Javascript problem.
Did you check the modules by running the otrs.checkmodules script?

It seemed like some "smart" collueage had changed this setting
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###ArticleType
to WebRegistration insted of webrequest.
