Hi all,
Is it possible to configure email notifications on creation of a ticket only to occur during certain times of the day? For example, I wish to send out notifications only when a new ticket is created out of hours.

You could create a ticket event (manually, code) to do that.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
