[SOLVED] Default state after pending reminder state

Good day all,

I have been playing around with settings and making changes in OTRS and obviously things got kinda messed up a bit.

If I put a ticket in a pending reminders state and receive a reply from a customer, changes to a closed state instead of defaulting back to an open state.

Please let me know where I would changes this back.

Apologies, I know this is a basic request, but I have been sitting the whole day. DOnt think my mind is working today...

Sysconfig search "Followup"
Ticket::StateAfterPending
Defines which states should be set automatically (Content), after the pending time of state (Key) has been reached.

But these shouldn't be on pending reminders. These'd be on pending auto.

Pending reminders don't tend to change state (They remain pending...)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
