Hi.
I upgraded from OTRS 2.4.4 to 3.0.10 and now in the customer interface CompanyTickets are unavailable. I can log in as a customer user, and see the button, but clicking it takes no effect, the link in the browser is still ...otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketOverView;Subaction=MyTickets and I see no tickets. I'm 100% sure there should be some, doing the same in 2.4.4 I can see them.
In the agent interface, I tried to change a ticket's customer and customer ID then put again the original data, log in as a customer and still no go.
What am I missing?

I tried to change the link manually to /otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketOverView;Subaction=CompanyTickets and it works! I can see all company tickets, sort and zoom them.
However, the button Company Tickets doesn't work, tried in Chrome and IE.
