After Upgrade from 2.4 to 3.0.10: No Agent Groups anymore

Hello,

after upgrading from 2.4 to 3.0.10, i found a little issue in the admin interface.

Our Agent, Groups and Agent-Group Relation Setting Items are missing.

If we use the direct URL to the Settings (https://[...]/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminGroup) everything is working (no error message or permission denied). We have checked "Framework -> Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration" but "Frontend::Module###AdminGroup", "Frontend::Module###AdminUserGroup", "Frontend::Module###AdminUser" are enabled.

Could anyone help us to find the issue?

Found it! After a new Standard Installation of OTRS 3.0.10, i could compare the two Ticketsystems .

It seems to be a bug in the database migration script (or something ):
