Can't start service

Hi there,

I'm just wanting to try OTRS 3.0.1 but I'm having some problems with the server.

I had another software installed before, which used an apache server. However I have already uninstalled that and can't find any instance of any server running now. Nevertheless, when I'm about to instal OTRS it tells me that there's already a server running. It continues the installation, leads me to the web installation and then I only get a blank page.

When restarting the services, this is what I get (attachment pic).

Some help would be immensely appreciated guys.

Then you have not uninstalled the old software properly. As Apache is still running....

Go into task manager and see if any processes called 'httpd.exe' are running.
Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\YOURPROGRAM\Apache or something like that
