Autoreply/New ticket question

Hi
We have currently version 2.4.5 installed, and I am trying to set the system to not re-open already closed tickets

In the Admin area (Queue <->Auto Response Management) I have set a Auto-reply under "change autoreply/new ticket settings" and under a test queue, I have set the follow-up to new ticket

I might have done something wrong, because when I test it, the system does create a new ticket if I try to send in a follow-up to an already closed ticket, but I do not get a auto-reply stating "your old ticket xxxx was closed, we have opened a new ticket for you"

If I change to the follow-up to reject, and set the corresponding autoreply to reject, the system does send out the correct autoreply

What am I missing?

Just wanted to add a quick note here. I never got this working, but I have not set up a test server with 3.0.10 installed

There it works - so there is probably a bug in our current live system, which is 2.4.5
