[SOLVED] How to delete customer input field

Hello Everyone.

I want to disable certain input fields on the customer webside.

I dont want our customer to set a priority (because everyone would check the highest of course), and I want to disable the "to" field, because we agents want to choose in which queue the ticket will be delivered.

Can anyone help me here?

Hide the fields in the associated .dtl?
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks :)

Its much easier. I found it later on.

Its in the SysConfig Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew, just setting the Queue and Priority to "no". :D
