OTRS 3.0.9 installation on Plesk for Windows 9.5

Dear OTRS Support Forums

I am new to OTRS and have been asked to install this on our dedicated hosting server.

Our hosting server runs Plesk for Windows 9.5 on IIS 6 via Windows 2003 server.

Has anybody had experience in getting this working with this combination of platform? If so could you please assit me with getting OTRS installed.

I know OTRS has been reported to work on IIS, but some minor changes were required.

I don't know personally because I like Apache! Search around the forum, you will find quite a few discussions on IIS/Windows etc.
