Hi All,
I was wondering if there is a way to show the tickets that are sent via email, not the customer portal, in the "My Tickets" tab in the customer portal.

They'd be in your My Tickets if they are owned by you.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for replying. I'm a little bit confused here.
I am a customer (I already have a customer account in OTRS), but instead of using the web portal to create a ticket, I send an email. Then I log on to the customer portal, but I cannot see the ticket.

Terribly sorry
It's my fault. It happened to my manager, but when I tried it now it worked. Maybe she did something wrong or there's something wrong with her account. I will check it.
