Is there a way to add Due Date to the tickets and dashboard- for Agents only, to enter/update and sort by?
Someone else set up OTRS then left the company, so we're not sure if Due Date was included but removed or if it's something we can add.

AFAIK you can set in Additional ITSM fields. It occupies TicketFreeTime6

By adding the field in the associated .dtl/.pm as required.

Can someone provide help with what files those would be? Looking to sort on the main "Dashboard" page (where it doesn't have sorting for anything right now under "Open Tickets") then the "Ticket" main QueueView (where it already allows to sort the other columns). This would be for the Agent only use/side.
