Login problem WindowsXP\OTRS 3.0.9(2.4.4)

Hello,

During instalation OTRS 3.0.9 on Windows XP(SP3) default password for OTRS user was changed. After installation I tried to login with this login name but got error message "Authentication error. Incorrect login or password". What's wrong?

Are you upgrading or fresh install?
Have you tried root@localhost/root?
If all else fails just change the password in the user table of the database (md5 or whatever it is)
