Hi,
I'm using OTRS 2.4.10.
If I go to Ticket - > Queue View I don't see any Queues (yes they're selected in my preferences and I have permissions on them) but if I go to the dashboard page I see new/open/escalated tickets under "My Queues" - any idea why?
Of course if I search for tickets I can see/edit all the tickets.
I have permissions on about 10 queues and until a couple of days ago I could see some of them (but not all) under the Queue View but now I can't see any - I'm not aware of anything being changed.
