Hi guys,
Can I know OTRS possible to add the priority in reply ticket?
Because now I just can change my received ticket priority , but I cannot set the priority in OTRS when I want to reply ticket to customer.
Example, I received customer ticket , then I need to reply the customer , but once I click reply customer, I cannot set the ticket priority.
Isn't anyway to set this function ? if can , how ??
