Add function on ticketzoom

Dear ,

that can any one help me , I wan't to add some function on ticketzoom for add atriibute like rate for ticket that for customer can rate it the answer from agent ....

For most i had already change ticketzoom.dtl , create some rate.xml on kernel/config?
still got i confused how to do next , In frontend of customer and agent browser has it but . code behind still not running
