NIS Integration?

Post by zifnab06 »

Does OTRS support NIS integration for customer accounts? I can't seem to find anything (and apparently "NIS" is too common of a word for a search to work). Thank you!

Thank you, I appreciate it. I was looking in the MySQL database...from what I can tell there shouldn't be an issue with me modifying our new user creation software to add them in manually. Only issue passwords won't sync, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue I think.

Thanks again!
