Hi, when a user sends an email request into the system (via an Exchange 2003 mailbox) I have to manually run "Fetch Mail" for a ticket to be generated, can this be scheduled to run every couple of minutes? It doesn't even run after the 10 minute default.
I tried amending postmaster_mailbox.dist changing 10 to 1 but it made no difference.
