Hi,
is it possible to have a dropdown box like the "change queue" for owner, sla and service?
it would be a huge improvement for our workflow, at this moment you need to make notes and I know this would be preferred for forensic/historic reasons but the notes got filled with some random keyboard presses by our agents (so I set up a default anwer) and I would like a more pragmatic approach.

When you create a ticket, those are already drop down boxes...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

yes, I made those required when filling in mail/phone but not when you get a inboundmail ticket (80%+ of our tickets are inbound mail tickets)
