So[Don't apear type and service of ticketsinfrontedofcustom]
Hi everyone, i have a trouble: Don't apear "type and service of tickets" in fronted of customer. Does someone know how to resolve it??

enable type and service overall, then enable it in sysconfig for the customer screen.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
