Dear OTRS Community,
I was wondering can you add more than just 1 accounted time (Time Units) on OTRS version 6. For instance, the current accounted time I have now is only determining the time spent on each ticket. I want to know if I can create another accounted time for other calculations. For instance, Overtime calculations, Transportation calculations, etc...
Can you add additional accounted time?

You can add several dynamic fields but there is not built in calculation to it um. This needs development or you sum by using a report.
