Hello everyone.
I use a SIEM to send messages to clients based on certain events. I want to create a ticket for each of these messages. I can easily add my mail account to CC from the messages sent from the SIEM. OTRS, by default, sets the customer to the sender (the address my SIEM uses) which won't work in my particular case. All customers will show as the SIEM. How can I set the customer to the email address in the To: field rather than the From: field by doing this? Is there an easier way with OTRS free? Thanks in advance!

you might need to use a custom postmaster or solve the issue via procmail. I suggest to use webservices instead of mail

Have you tried setting the "Reply-To" header with the customer's email? I'm thinking that might work.
