Changing the customers that an agent sees

Hello guys,

I'm implementing otrs in the company that I work for and they have requested me a demand that I have not been able to resolve yet.
How to change, for an agent to see in the Customer User field only the customers who are in the same group as he is when creating a call via phone or email?

Hi,

as far as I know development is needed and can not be achieved without it.

From vendor there is feature available - maybe it is what you need?

There might be other tools/features available - maybe wait for Rene to get more ideas :-)

yes that's what I need, however if there were some free addon, or if I could create a condition on the frontend that would list the customers would be better
