Add more user information on the right of ticket view page

Hello everyone.
I changed and added information about users, I want to know if i can add even more information on the form to the right when you receive a ticket (see image).

Hi, can i ask how did you do to make cusotmer infor can be displayed on the right panel of a ticket? is it pulled from AD?
OTRS version: 3.1.12
OS: CentOS 5.5
LDAP: Microsoft Active Directory
Mail system: Microsoft Exchange

You do not have to use LDAP to add customer information, it can be done with the standard database backend.

As for the OP's question, are you wanting to automatically populate the customer information when an email is received? Or are you hoping to add more fields in addition to the standard ones?

I am interested in adding more fields to the customer information. Is there a way to change which fields from the customer master are shown here?
