Re: How to add a new Class in ITSM 3.0x
I'm very sorry but I can't find out how to create a new class for the configuration-items. When I go to Admin > Sysconfig and select "GeneralCatalog" I get te see GeneralCatalog::Preferences. When I click on that I can edit some things .
Such as: GeneralCatalogPreferences###Permissions where I find something about ITSM::ConfigItem::Class.
But I tried to add a key but without success because I don't know exactly what I'm doing or supposed to do to get an extra config item class. Can someone explain how to accomplish this?
