Invalid Session ID

Hi,

One of our clients is having trouble connecting to our OTRS help desk.
I am able to log on with their credentials from my Laptop but when I remote onto their system I am not able. Even if i use my own credentials I cant log on.

They have informed me though that they are using a Proxy to connect to the internet.

Does anyone know what changes can be made to the Proxy Server to allow them to connect through their network?
Or what files the Proxy are blocking or just anything that I can do to allow them to connect?
