Hi Volverine87, thanks for you response but i don't need enabled a new camp, only enable the camp services. I can active the "Services" only create a customer and in relation customer<>services
i select the customer with the services (thanks fcasal
Now i create two services CLASS01
but only appear by the customer CLASS02
and i uncheck CLASS02
but appear me nothing, why this?
Other point is that i try split the information by queue example if the agent create a ticket select Queue "Hardware
" in the Type appear "repair-change-maintenaince
" and if select Queue "Software
" in the Type appear "update-install-uninstall
" how i can make this?
