v 5.0.27 - Generic Interface (SOAP)
Doing historical searches - <ArchiveFlags> is not working for me.
ie; <ArchiveFlags>Y</ArchiveFlags>

Have tried y/n, Y/N, 0/1, with or without quotes, etc - doesn't make a difference; I am unable to pull archived records.

Ideas appreciated - I haven't got that much hair left to lose ...

Hello,

I have not used TicketSearch via the generic interface so far, but <ArchiveFlags>1</ArchiveFlags> seems to be the correct syntax.

<ArchiveFlags>1</ArchiveFlags> does not work for me...

Well - I can't get ArchiveFlags to make a difference with my REST connector either. If I curl:

/usr/bin/curl -k 'https://###.####.org/otrs/nph-genericinterface.pl/Webservice/GenericRESTConnector/Search?QueueIDs=1&ArchiveFlags=1&UserLogin=#######&Password=#########'

It doesn't matter what I set ArchiveFlags to - I get the same results. If I search "All Tickets" using the normal GUI - I get many more, so I know there are archived tickets in that queue.

I'm at a loss where to search next.

Thanks, but no change - using:

produced same results

Last ditch effort - I created a perl script to do a Ticket Search thru the REST connector. Setting ArchiveFlags => 'y' makes no change in the ouput. That's 100% failure :(
