Department A (own mail address) > Queue A
Department B (own mail address) > Queue B
Mail to Department A > Queue A
Mail to Department B > Queue B
Mail gets send to bother departments, two tickets get made but both on Department A. I know this happens because the first filter runs before the second, however how can I avoid this so each department gets a ticket for the single mail?
And is there an option to disable a filter without having to remove it?
