this is my situation:
I have 2 otrs system.
1) OTRS Version 3.3.10
2) OTRS Version 6.0.2
From web interface of first server, i can click (from inside ticket) "forward" to be able to send mail on 2° system and create a new ticket.
but if before sending i upload a new attachment, on the new created ticket on second server, that attachment is not present.
Any reason about this problem?
