I am using 2 OTRS server and one OTRS System Log is showing all logs like "POP3: Fetched 1 email(s)" AND "New Ticket [1076195/test 2] created",
but in other OTRS NO such logs are showing.....
1st OTRS is 5.0.9 and 2nd OTRS 5.0.22...
need log in OTRS 5.0.22

search in Sysconfig for Log and change the loglevel
