I'm looking to get in the TicketZoom after an agent creates a ticket.
Currently, when we created a "phone ticket" and save it.
We stay in the "New Phone ticket" interface (an new empty one).
I would like that is an agent creates a ticket this way that when he saves it, he gets in the TicketZoom instead.
I try looking for something like "Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###NextScreenAfterNewTicket" or "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMove###NextScreen" but I coudn't find anything related to "AgentTicketPhone".
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
