Due to a domain change, we recently changed the AdminEmail to a new address. Notifications arrive smoothly, but when I try to send a reply from a tcket, the old email address is shown.
Is this a different email address? Where do I have to change it?

I found that this happens when no email is set at the queue's system address. As a workaround, I set all queues' system address, but I'd like to change it in order to fix it permanently.

AdminMail ist not the Mailaddress used for Queues. You have to add all mail addresses in the admin panel and assign the queue the correct address
