[SOLVED] Customer portal; display tickets based on queues

Is there anyway to configure the customer portal such that when they log in, they are able to see all the tickets in the predefined queues of which they are assigned to?

I tried using the Customer users<-> groups function but it doesn't seem to work; the customer portal still only shows the tickets belonging to that specific customer user only.

There are the steps that I took:
1. Create groups for each queue
e.g. Group A for Queue A, Group B for Queue B etc.
2. Assign a customer user; CustomerUser to all of the groups in the module "Customer users <-> groups"
3. ensured that 'CustomerGroupSupport' is turned on to 'Yes'
4. Edited Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketOverView

Above Company Tickets, I found the word "Group", clicked + and typed the names of all the groups in each row

But it is still not working though. anyone has any idea?

Just as a background information as to why I am doing this:
1. OTRS will be used as a communication tool for the main customer's vendors (of which we plan to capture these vendor information as 'customers/customer users in OTRS)
2. we are planning to open an account for the main customer to log in and have an overview of all the tickets/communication that our company have with their vendors
3. to do so, my idea is to enable this main customer account to have access and be able to see tickets assigned to this main customer's queues.

^ should anyone have a different idea as to how i can manage this, i would also greatly appreciate your feedback!

Thats not possible. Only Customers Tickets will be displayed
