Hello all,
I installed the survey module and responses have been received.
However, there was no ticket number indicated for the respective response.
Does anyone has any idea why?
I think it would be useful for which ticket the response is for; allows the helpdesk team to track and make any necessary follow up with the customer.
Any replies will be very much appreciated!
