Hi,
I read a few articles about people who are using OTRS 5 on a shared Web Host. I would like to try this too, for We just have an ordinary Web Server.
Is there a tutorial for this?
So far I tried to just open the index.pl in an apache webserver. I installed the missing Perl Modules via cpanm and gave the lib path to the index.pl. But all I get are errors about missing modules and no Page in the browser.
Is there something I need to know? Can some one give me a prod in the right direction?
Thanks!

Re: OTRS 5 on a shared Host
you need permissions to configure the webserver. OTRS should be the only application on the server (it is not a webpage, it is an application). Please refer to the installation docs on http://doc.otrs.org/
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
