OTRS 5.0.23 changing priority names displays a can't set new color error in the log

Post by juansueiro »

Hello everyone, after reading your posts for some months I'm publishing my first question.

OTRS 5.0.23, I have changed the priority names to the following:

1 critical
2 urgent
3 normal
4 low
5 (disabled this one)

I can see these on the tickets without problems, but just noticed on the system logs that I have a recurring error all the time for these 3 lines:
Tue Sep 26 10:35:13 2017 error OTRS-CGI-63 Can't set new color for priority 4 low
Tue Sep 26 10:35:13 2017 error OTRS-CGI-63 Can't set new color for priority 2 urgent
Tue Sep 26 10:35:13 2017 error OTRS-CGI-63 Can't set new color for priority 1 critical

Is there a chance that these priority names could be hardcoded anywhere and not matching the original ones, hence causing the error?

Thanks in advanced for your help,
Juan

Hi,

You can use the addon Znuny4OTRS-CustomPriorityColor, free of charge. With this addon you can adjust the color for the priorities and also the used names.
