Hi,
I wanted to connect OTRS with Windows Server 2008 R2 - everything worked well. I could login, could view client list and everything worked until in some time client login didn’t work and client DB went from LDAP back to DB. Also some other settings changed somehow automatically. Whats the question here?
For ldap I changed “Edit Config Settings in Framework → Frontend::Customer::Auth” and also inserted some configuration in .pm files manually (which I didn’t found from user interface).
When I compared .pm files, ZZZAuto.pm changed in some point of time - about 3000 bytes. I stopped otrs daemon and apache and restored the file from backup, started both and also configured back some client interface settings because my old configuration somehow lost (for example: disappear customer preferennces link in customer view, disabled ticket priority field, etc). Started and everything worked well unti in some point of time again same thing. What’s the explanation?
Please give guidance.

There are several files which are not to be changed manually.
