Hello,
I have been lurking for a couple months and finding lots of great help with OTRS. My company is currently evaluating OTRS to replace some legacy ticketing systems. I have been successful at setting up a lot of features within OTRS, including LDAP authentication. However, there is now a request to see if OTRS can be integrated to use Oracle Access Manager for authentication. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with OTRS/OAM integration.
Here are a few details about my environment.
RHEL 7.2
Apache 2.4.6
mariadb 5.5.52
OTRS 5.0.22
and the OAM install
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.3)
Thanks,
Jack

Re: OTRS authentication with Oracle Access Manager
I finally managed to get this working. The port used for LDAP query/authentication is 11539. The other key feature is that in order to authenticate, the bind user needed for querying it appears to require user created in the Oracle LDAP, rather than a user that is imported from Active Directory into the Oracle LDAP.
