Hi guys,
Currently we have a problem, where our customers get a Notification about a ticket, as soon as we answer the ticket. It's no ticket notification we created. It's just a plain textmail with quotations of the previous answer. There is also no OTRS overlay on it.
Is there a possibility to turn these automated notifications off?

How do you answer the ticket? OTRS will not send any notification to a customer without configuration in the Notifications. If you want to reply to the customer use the reply which will directly send an email
