Hi
I defined a signature to be used in auto-replies which OTRS sends to my customer.
I linked the signature to the queue.
When i now write an outbound e-mail to a ticket, the signature is used fine.
But for the auto-response (i use "default reply" and "default reject") the signature is not used.
.
How can i enable this?

Autoreplies do not use Salutation or Signatures. So you have to add it in the Autoreply Body manually
