Hello all,
In our OTRS each agent is member of several queues and could open new tickets in them (most tickets are opened automatically per mail).
However when opening them manually the correct queue has to be selected and only two of them are allowed. Currently each agent sees all the queues where they are assigend to.
Is there a possibility to restrict the drop-down menu for queues where it's allowed to open tickets?
We're still on OTRS 4.0.6, but will upgrade soon to OTRS 5.x
