Cannot Access Tickets

Good day,

We are running OTRS 5.0.20 with KIXCore 5.0.13 and KIX4OTRS 8.0.14

However, I cannot access the logged tickets. I get the following error in the browser as attached and the error message in the logs:

[Mon Jul 24 11:45:01 2017] [error] Can't use string ("2") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /opt/otrs/KIX4OTRS/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoom.pm line 946.\n
What might be the problem?

As this regards a KIX module, you might want to ask in the KIX fora.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
