Hello OTRS experts,
I am currently looking at OTRS for a large service desk deployment. The functionality is great but we are still looking into scalability.
Does anyone work on an OTRS installation with thousands of concurrent agents and/or millions of closed/archived tickets? Or are you aware of any such installations? Or is OTRS not really suited to such sizes?

I know some
eg.g more than 5400000 Tickets, somer other systems with more than 100.000 inbound mails per day.
But, operating a high performance and high available OTRS cluster requires deep knowledge, additional OTRS modules etc
