OTRS does not automatically receive mail from mailbox

I have an OTRS 5 installed and from time to time the emails from my mailbox are not downloaded unless I force going into "Administration> Email postmaster".

Anyone have any idea what it might be?

I noticed that in version 5 of OTRS there is no specific crontab for this.

Hi,

check the Daemon + Cronjobs.

Thank you all.

The problem was not Exchange Connector that was rejecting the new IP address.
