When customers create tickets I want them to have the option to mark the ticket to pending.
is it possible to get the pending reminder on the customer interface?
I don't see it here -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew

I'm looking for the "pending date" field like it is when you create a new phone ticket in the agent interface.
