When customers create tickets I want them to have the option to mark the ticket to pending.
is it possible to get the pending reminder on the customer interface?

I don't see it here -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew

You can set default state here - Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###StateDefault

I'm looking for the "pending date" field like it is when you create a new phone ticket in the agent interface.

I want to add that to the customer interface.

Do I have to modify the CustomerTicketMessage.tt ?
