Good day everyone!
I got a situation where an agent in a certain queue should send some passwords and a message to a customer. There is already a template which easies that. But the article is saved in the ticket and so the passwords. So any agent with read permissions could get access to the customer passwords.
Is there any way to send an e-mail from a ticket without create an article?

No, there is no way actually via email. What about using a SMS notification sending the value of a dynamic field (and limit the access to the historie for these tickets)
