I have a problem with the OTRS. I'm using version 3.2.9
They are synchronized with a perspective account.
In the company there are several Agents, Groups, Queues, Roles.
The problem I have is once, when you want to send an address to multiple addresses (multiple recipients), the person listed in the first place as recipient of the duplicate arrival of the mails.
And if, on the other hand, that person is placed in the last last in another position, they simply do not get the mails.
And another case is that you can not forward the mails because an error appears.
Can it be a configuration problem between queues, groups, etc?

I have the OTRS account synchronized with outlook 2010.
It turns out that in the outlook when I send an email, in the field "TO:" teste1@xxx.com; Test2@xxx.com ... (there may be more). Then I get a mail with 2 tickets of autoresponders that are configured in duplicate according to the number of recipients that I put in the field "PARA", that is if I put 3 addresses, I will receive 3 ticks and that correspond to the first address that places in the countryside.
In this case I will get 2 autoresponders or two trial tickets1@xxx.com
