Subscribe a ticket for Customer

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way or an option for a Customer to subscribe for a ticket like the Agents ?

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

I'm using the version 2.4.15 but I try to find this feature in any version if it exists.

I already checked the link but the Ticket Watching feature is only avalaible for the Agent and I would like the same behaviour for the Customer interface.

There is no such functionality avialable.

Please note that you use a very old, unmantained and unsecure version of OTRS. Please update to an actual version
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

There isn't such functionality even in the lately version ?

I'm planning to update my version however I just want to know if this feature is available in a recent version.
