Hi,
I would like to create another "AgentTicketPhone" site for specified agents, these agents have list of dynamic fields that they can ticked in.
is this possible?

Either you code it yourself, or you use an addon, like #9 here:

Ok, is it enough to copy AgentTicketPhone.pm and rename it and modify it?

You'll need a module (.pm), template (.tt) and configuration (.xml). Maybe the recommended add-on is the easiest way.

ok, I'm getting some "Znuny4OTRS-Repo 5.0.22 - Package not verified due a communication issue with verification server!" errors.
if I want to do this "manually" should I create e.g. AgentTicketPhone_NEW.pm in /otrs/kernel/Modules, AgentTicketPhone_NEW.tt in /otrs/kernel/output/HTML/Standard ? And where should I copy the Xml from and to?

It's solved, I had contact with the Znuny.com support. Very good and fast support.
